HUNTER PROTECT

As part of a winder ‘Hunter Protect’ project, I was tasked with leading the creative communication around the craftsmanship involved in creating each pair of Wellington boots. Each pair of Rain Boots is handcrafted through a series of intricate processes, consisting of 28 individual parts that take three days to assemble. Each piece is meticulously hand-cut from a 3D pattern and assembled on a bespoke aluminum last, a method that has remained largely unchanged since the brand’s inception. I wanted to create an animation that unveiled the journey from rubber plant seedling to finished product, showcasing the artistry behind the Original Wellington Boot.

Working with 3D artist Valentin Gilet we created this visually engaging video. The asset lived on our organic social channels as well as the brands Hunter Protect page. To accompany the video we created x3 social images that spoke to the efficacy behind the products. The first image was dedicated to the World Land Trust and the second to support the brand Reboot program, in which they have recycled 2 tonnes of rubber.

To launch the Hunter protects program we created an anniversary post that was dedicated to the brands new pledges that we aimed to protect people and the planet. This was created by using stock imagery with a fast paced edit.
